At Viriato, we create timeless essentials designed to look exceptional and last. However, if a piece does not fit your wardrobe or your expectations perfectly, we make the return process as simple and transparent as our design.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you received your package to request a return or an exchange. After this 14-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To ensure a successful return and maintain the premium quality of our collection, items must meet the following criteria:
- Clothing (T-shirts, Shirts, Trousers): Must be unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags still attached.
- Footwear (Sneakers): Must be tried on a carpeted surface, unworn outdoors, and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
- Items must be free from any scents, perfumes, makeup stains, or pet hair.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returning your item is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to hello@viriato.com with your Order Number and the name of the item you wish to return.
- Our team will reply within 48 hours with the return shipping instructions and the correct return address.
- Package your items securely in their original packaging (or a secure alternative box) to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same item (e.g., swapping a size M T-shirt for a size L), please email us at hello@viriato.com. We will check our current stock availability and hold the new piece for you until your return package arrives at our warehouse.
6. Shipping Costs
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
